

Located 5 kms north of the city of Jerez, the Jerez airport is the main airport for the region of Costa de La Luz.
The airport is quite small comparatively and has its facilities spread over two floors. The cafe area is open to public and is located on the second floor while the smaller lounge is at the departures terminal.
The airport also has a gift shop located before the passport and security checks. The airport also boasts of a duty free shopping zone for those who want to spend some time, shopping for some collectibles.
One can hail a taxi from the airport at Jerez and drive down to the city centre with a nominal fee. If required you can also get Jerez airport taxis, and hire the car or you can even drive the car yourself. If needed, one can even book any of the airport buses which have just begun its operations at the airport.
A cheaper substitute if you're a large group is reserving one the private shuttle buses which stops at destinations that are well known in the Jerez area.
There are no train services from the Jerez airport. There are however local train services that are from the city centre. If one needs to know about the train services, there are several websites that have information on the prices, routes and the departure and arrival time.
Airport buses leave from the airport to the City of Jerez, Santa Maria and Cadiz. The bus services start early during the day at about 6:30 am, while the last bus leaves the airport at 22:30 pm. Using the bus is a much cheaper option if you're not looking at spending on a private fare.
The car parking space at the Jerez airport is situated right in front of the airport. The prices to park your cars in the P1 and P2 area are the same. Whist P1 has 420 parking spaces and 186 more for car hires, P2 has 515 parking lots. The first half hour to park your vehicle is free, and the fee is charged from the next half an hour.
