

Situated 10 kms from the city centre toward the North West area id the airport of Seville.
Seville is Andalucia's capital which is also the home to Costa De La Luz, Costa Del Sol, Costa Almeria and Costa Tropical. Typically it witnesses only 20% of passengers who arrive from countries outside of Spain. The number of passengers arriving at this airport is only increasing and recorded 4.3 million in the year 2008. In 1999 only 1.8 million passengers passed through this airport. Also in 2008 the number of flights handled by the Seville airport was 65,063. The airport at Seville opens at 5:00 am and closes at 01:30 am.
The taxi ranks at the airport are situated outside the Arrivals of Terminal 1 and the Departures hall of Terminal 2 building. The taxi fares are the standard applicable rates that apply for distance travelled in Seville. One can reserve a seat in advance on the private shuttle bus that ply from the airport towards the city centre. It takes approximately 15 mins to reach the town area on days when there is not much traffic.
There are no train services from the Seville airport, the trains however are available from the station located at the city centre.
The private shuttle bus and the public transport bus are the two types that one can find at the airport. If your destination is one of the resorts located close to the airport, then booking the shuttle bus in advance is a good option. From the bus station you can get into any other connecting bus to take you to other towns and cities that are located all over the region of Andalucia.
There is a bus that travels from the airport towards Prado d San Sebastian regularly at intervals of 30 mins. The first bus service begins at 5:45 am and the last bus to leave is at 23:15.
The parking space at Seville airport is almost 1,800. There are two different parking areas P1 and P2. The rates at both the parking spaces are the same, although the entrances and exits are a bit different. There are 948 parking lots at the P2 parking area, and P1 has 886 parking spaces.
